By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
- Introduction to Business
Pacific Window Cleaning LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) provides professional window cleaning services to residential properties in the Tualatin, Tigard, and surrounding areas of the Portland Metropolitan area. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and set out the obligations and responsibilities of both the Company and the customer (“You”, “Your”).
- Definitions • Service refers to the window cleaning services provided by Pacific Window Cleaning LLC.
• Customer refers to the individual or entity receiving the services from Pacific Window Cleaning LLC.
• Agreement refers to these Terms and Conditions. - Scope of Services
Pacific Window Cleaning LLC provides the following services:
- Residential Window Cleaning: Cleaning of interior and exterior windows for single and multi-story homes.
- Skylight and Specialty Window Cleaning: Includes cleaning of skylights and other specialty windows.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- We do not clean windows that are inaccessible or deemed unsafe.
- Services such as screen cleaning, window track cleaning, and the removal of heavy deposits may incur additional charges and are not included in the standard service unless specified.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions of the property are unsafe or if the customer fails to comply with our customer obligations.
- Service Appointments
Scheduling:
- Service appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website.
- Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message from Pacific Window Cleaning LLC.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-Show Policy:
- If we arrive at the scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property or perform the service due to the customer’s failure to provide access, we will reschedule at your convenience.
- Payment Terms
Pricing:
- Pricing for services will be provided at the time of booking and confirmed before service is rendered.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment Methods:
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Liability and Insurance
Liability:
- Pacific Window Cleaning LLC is fully insured and bonded. We take great care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that are beyond our control.
- Our liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Insurance:
- Our insurance coverage includes general liability and workers’ compensation. Details of our insurance can be provided upon request.
- Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty:
- We offer a 7-day rain guarantee. If your windows are dirtied by rain within 7 days of our service, we will return to re-clean the affected windows at no additional charge.
- While we strive to achieve the best results, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, deposits, or defects that are beyond normal cleaning.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties:
- All services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Customer Obligations
Access:
- You must provide clear and safe access to all windows to be cleaned. This includes ensuring gates, doors, and other barriers are unlocked and accessible.
- Pets should be secured away from the work areas during service to ensure safety for both our technicians and your pets.
Property Conditions:
- You are responsible for informing us of any special conditions or concerns regarding your property, including fragile or damaged windows.
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
- Confidentiality
Customer Information:
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of our service will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Amendments
Pacific Window Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination by the customer within 24 hours of a scheduled service can be done without penalty. Termination by the company will be accompanied by a pro-rated refund for any services paid for but not rendered.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in the State of Oregon before pursuing legal action.
- Force Majeure
Pacific Window Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and unforeseen events.
- Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling and/or using the services provided by Pacific Window Cleaning LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
